Innovative Training Methods and Fun Group Training Sessions with SOS Bootcamps

Boot Camps are intense group personal training sessions that will get you into truely fantastic shape. Our South Wales bootcamps are high in energy, fun and always a challenge both mentally and physically. Bootcamp are for people of all ages, our sessions are designed and made to cater for all individuals.

These Boot Camps, take place in a variety of locations in South Wales and provide a cardiovascular, strength and core workout simultaneously. These South Wales based Boot Camps will get you to your fitness goals quicker than ever before.  We currently have a Bootcamp in Cardiff and also Merthyr Tydfil.
The times of these sessions are as follows:
Cardiff Bootcamps take place at Cardiff East Fitness First located on Rover Way, CF24 2UD.
Session times are as follows:
Monday: 6.30 am, 10.00 am + 7.30 pm
Tuesday: 12.30 pm
Wednesday: 6.30 am + 6.30 pm
Thursday: 12.30 pm
Friday: 6.30 am + 6.00 pm
Merhyr Bootcamps take place in a few locations, weather dependent:
Session times are as follows:
Tuesday: 6.30 pm
Thursday: 6.30 pm
Sunday: 11.00 am
