Today we are providing you with a nutritious snack that Cardiff Personal Trainer James McCarthy has used with his clients. This snack of Frozen blueberries & peanut or almond butter’, will banish any sweet cravings.  It’s simple to make: 

120g Frozen Blueberries

2 Tsp peanut/almond butter melted and poured over the frozen berries. 

Blueberries contain iron, phosphorous, calcium, magnesium, manganese, zinc and vitamin K in blueberries all contribute to building and maintaining bone structure and strength.  

So this really is a treat that you can enjoy that has great benefits.
