Having been to Marbella on a number of occasions for various training sessions and courses, we went looking for the ideal location to introduce people to a condensed week of everything we currently offer back home.
Our main aim with our retreats is for everybody to have fun. There will be a large emphasis on results and we will 100% cater towards what you are trying to achieve. We will also offer support before and after the retreat if this is something you require.

WHAT’S INCLUDED?
Your week in Marbella will consist of intense results-based training, healthy meals, plenty of rest and relaxation and of course lots of fun and education. Your ticket will also cover:
6 Nights Accomodation
Stay in the stunning El Cortijo de los Caballos, a private villa with individual apartments / casitas where you can enjoy your retreat together with other like-minded people whilst still maintaining some privacy.
ALL INCLUSIVE FOOD & DRINK
Enjoy delicious local cuisine, cooked and prepared with your health, fitness, fat loss goals and performance in mind. With all drinks, snacks and main meals fully catered for. *This excludes final evening meal.
2-3 training sessions p/day
Multiple training sessions each day. Each one led by one of our expert coaches to challenge and push you towards your individual goals. ( We can’t have you relaxing too much can we! )
BIOSIGNATURE TESTING
Before and after weighing and measuring including BioSignature body fat testing, with food and supplement advice given based on your individual results.
Transport
Transport to all relevant locations throughout your retreat experience including transfer to and from Marbella Bus Station ( You will need to catch a local bus from Malaga airport to Marbella Bus Station which is around €6. These run every 30 mins. A taxi will cost you €100 ).
