In doing the Leg Curl – Sweeping – Barbell, lie on your back with your heels on a high platform. Lift your hips to a bridge position where a straight line from knees to neck shapes your body. Slowly push your feet until your legs are spread, holding your hips off the floor and your core engaged throughout, then return your feet to the location of the bridge.
