What is the Lateral Raise – Isometric Hold – Band?
A classic exercise for working and building the Lateral (side) Shoulder is Lateral Raise – Isometric Hold – Band. Resistance bands are incredible because they are so easy to use, and they perform so well. You will be surprised at how this exercise targets and builds the shoulders effectively. Remember, rotate the upper arm bone forward to lead the movement with your elbows while you lift your arms to the side.
