How to do the Jump Squats?

In doing Jump Squats, with your feet hip-width apart, stand straight. To drive your butt back and lower down so your thighs are parallel to the floor, hinge at the hips. Then, to explode off the floor, push your feet down and leap as high as you can. When you land, cause your knees to bend 45 degrees, and then drop back down into a squat immediately, and jump again.
