How to do the Hip Extension – Shoulders on Stability Ball?
In doing the Hip Extension – Shoulders on Stability Ball, with your shoulders and head on the stability ball and your arms over your hips, assume a bridge position. There should be an alignment of the elbows, hips, and shoulders. Slowly lower hips toward the floor. Then, raise the hips away from the floor until the knees and shoulders are back in place.
