12 weeks ago I was approached by an old university friend for help with his diet and nurtition. Rich was a fully qualified Personal Trainer and very knowlwdgable in regards to nutrition. However like many Rich found programming for himself difficult. I don’t know about you, but I feel the same way myself. This proves that we all need coaching!!

When Rich started he was in excess of 16 % body fat and had a 12 week goal of getting into the shape of his life. We had a lot of work to do.
We worked closely with Rich over the 12 weeks following the biosignature analysis making sure Rich and all his hormones were working effectively. We ate real food, trained very hard and used no pre workout or whey protein shakes. We changed Rich’s training and nutrition on a weekly basis to maximise the results.
