These sessions are for everyone who really want to lose body fat and add lean muscle. We have sessions focused specifically on building lean muscle and other sessions focesed towards dropping body fat. These sessions run simultaneoulsy within our facility at the times seen below.
Before commencing on the SOS Body Transformation program you will habe an indepth consultation with the Elite Personal Training Team who will devise a training schedule, nutrition and lifestyle plan based on the sessions that we offer within our facility.
Our coaches are internationally qualified, highly experienced and can modify all exercises to suit beginners and more advanced participants so these sessions are for everybody.
