YOU DON'T HAVE TO CONSUME DAIRY TO MEET YOUR CALCIUM NEEDS

Humans can only absorb around 2% of the calcium from pasteurised dairy products.

Greens vegetables such as kale spinach and rocket will provide you with enough calcium when eaten in suitable quantity.

However if you enjoy milk and you are not intolerant it is better to opt for the 'Raw' variety if you have access to it as it is unpasteurised and contains the natural enzymes required to absorb the nutrients in the milk. It is also less likely to give you any form of bloating or digestion issues and tastes far superior to the milk supplied in supermarkets.
