Workout of the Week - 'Hows Your Lungs?'

Here is a Fantastic Workout that I took Bootcamper Emma Sainsbury through today. Here is what was involved:

- 15 Russian Kettlebell Swings (Male - 24 kg Female - 16 kg)

- 30 Fast Feet

- 15 Bunny Hops

- 30 Side Step Ups

- Agility Run (Forward and Back)

- Burpee Slam Bag Raise Pyramid x 1

Perform the above x 3 followed by a 400 metre run, perform the above x 2 followed by a 400 metre run and finish the workout with the above x 1.

Emma smashed this workout in true style getting it all done in a total of 23 minutes and 15 seconds.
