Workout 'Agility / Kettlebell Swing Combo'

This is a Fantastic Workout that only takes ten minutes to complete.  Why not try this session during your next workout? This high intensity workout  involves 40 seconds of maximal work every minute for ten consecutive minutes. Bex uses a 16 kg Kettlebell for this workout, however you can go lighter or heavier. Bex also demonstrates a Russian Kettlebell Swing. To increase the intensity a Over Head Swing could be used.  As the workout progresses make sure you keep sound technique with the Kettlebell Swing.
