Treadmill Anaerobioc Interval Program

 

This is a Fantastic workout that can be completed very easily inside 30 minutes. The main aspect of the workout only takes 22 minutes. My personal best is to complete 15 x 1 minute runs on Speed 19.3 kmph. Why not start on a level your comfortable and aim to increase with every run.

Here is the workout:

Warm up: 5 mins

1 minute @ 10 KPH    1 minute @ 11 KPH     1 minute @ 12 KPH     2 minutes @ 13 KPH

Workout

1 minute Sprint : 30 second rest (repeat x 15)

Cool Down

3 minutes @ speed 9-8 KPH
