'Power Clean and Sprints Combo'
Attack all sessions with 100% commitment
20 Power Cleans (Male 50 kg, Female 30 kg) + 400 metre Run
REPEAT 5 TIMES AS FAST AS POSSIBLE
Rest for 4 minutes following the ‘Power Clean Sprint Combo’.
Then move onto the Finisher:
Speed 9.0 kmph, Incline 9.0 for 9 minutes on the Treadmill
If you can do the above try 10:10:10, 11:11:11 or 12:12:12 Too tough then try 8:8:8 or 7:7:7
