Super Food Breakfast

This is a Super Food breakfast involving amazing healthy fats and a great protein hit. Avocado contain high quality fats and Eggs contain the complete range of amino acids essential for muscle recovery and growth. This meal is perfect to eat any time of day due to it being nutrient rich and low glycaemic index.

Here is the recipe: Cut a Avocado into half. Remove the stone and crack a Free Range egg into the hole. You may need to scoop some Avodado out first depending on the size of the egg. Season the egg well and you can add srated parmesan (optional) and bake in the oven for 200* for 15 minutes for a runny egg. Add crispy turkey bacon to boost protein content and serve with a handful of mixed Brazil nuts or blueberries for the comoplete super food breakfast.
