Our Semi private Personal training sessions are not glorified bootcamps, where everyone is doing the same workout
The programs we offer are unique to the client and their own personal gaols
Having people along side you working out, is much more fun than training on your own. It's also fun to come together as a group at the end of sessions for conditioning, stretching or a debrief of the session
Would you prefer to pay an average of £45 a session or £15 a session? Semi Private Personal Training makes having 3-4 sessions a week SUSTAINABLE long term for most people.

At SOS we have over 200 members and there is a fantastic family / social feel to our facility. By getting involved in small group training you can enjoy fantastic new relationships with your gym partners.
[SESSION TIME FLEXIBILITY]
We now run sessions at; 6.00 am, 7.00 am, 8.00 am, 9.00 am, 10.00 am and 11.00 am and then start back at 4.30 pm, 5.30 pm, 6.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

Many of our members have met their best friends in the 4 walls of our gym facility. We've had couples get together and even members get married. We aren't a normal gym and you can sense and feel the closeness of everyone whenever you attend.
Our members are always out socialising and you can have access to this community spirit.
We also run retreats to Marbella and arrange 'Throw-downs' and Team Workouts for everyone to get involved in
Training with like minded individuals is extremely motivating. Seeing other people just like you stay focused and inspired will keep you on the straight and narrow.
