Llion Griffiths Transformation Journey

Llion approached us 9 months ago to help assist him with his transformation goals. He was fed up of feeling tired, leathargic and making bad food choices. We started off slowly and aimed for weekly marginal gains and we just kept on going.

- Every week we aimed to improve aspects of his lifestyle

- Every week we aimed to get stronger by doing more repetitions or lifting more weight

- Every week we aimed to lose body fat to get him closer to his sub 10% goal on the InBody Body Composition Assesmmsnt. The 10% InBody 770 Assessment result would have attained a sub 7% measurement on the BioSignature calipers.
