- Swap 150 grams of Christmas pudding to 100 grams of vanilla ice cream and save 300 calories...

- Swap a Yorkie Chocolate Bar to Mars bar and save 70 calories...

- Swap 10 pigs in blankets to 5 pigs in blankets and save 300 calories...

 

There are simple, small, seemingly insignificant changes that can be made all over the festive period. It is these small seemingly insignificant 'better choices' that when compounded (added up), will make significant impacts on your waistline...
