How To Get Lean Fast

Lots of people ask us the best way to get lean by training within a gym. Now this question could warrant years and years of writing.

At SOS Athletic Excellence we like to keep things simple. To get lean fast one favoured approach is to use a hypertrophy-type protocol with high volume, more than 3 sets, and 70 to 85 percent 1RM load.

We find that this is one of the best ways at producing maximum best growth hormone response while also providing a muscle building and thermogenesis effect.

One hugely popular choice of training for the majority of clients is a German Body Composition program.
