Metabolic workouts are far superior for improving body composition in comparison to traditional monotonous cardio. Here is a metabolic workoiut from one of our Bootcamp sessions. Why not give it a go when your next at the gym:

- 10 Over Head Kettlebell Swings (24kg / 16kg)

- 20 Bum to Box Jumps

- 30 Box Squats (30kg / 20kg)

- 20 Chest to Floor Burpees

- 10 Kettlebell Squat Pulls (24kg / 16kg)

- 1.64 km bike (1 mile Level 10)

Perform maximum rounds in 30 minute period
