Fun, Functional Fitness Routine

Hey Guys, hope your having a Awesome day!! Weather is gorgous today in Sunny Cardiff, but no doubt all you dedicated gym goers are off to the gym for your regular daily workout.

No doubt the gym will be like a circus at peak time with the battle for a piece of kit, proving more intense than your planned workout (No offence, but its true in 90% of cases!!)
I thought I'd brighten up your day, like the weather has brightened mine by sharing with you a fantastic core workout routine. It simply involves you controlling your core and moving in a multidirectional manner laterally while performing fantastic abdominal and core exercises at each side. Watch the video for a simple explanation!! Hopefully this will avoid you getting in a scrap at the gym, fighting over that useless cross trainer or hand cycle.
