Fat Loss Accelerator Workout

Watch this video to find out how to have a 'kick ass' Fat Loss workout in minimal time. In this high Intensity session Sam uses Kettlebells  to recruit the large muscles in the body and combines it with some extremely challenging sled sprints. Sam was the second fittest man in the UK in 2010, so he is no amateur. However this short workout leaves him in a pool of sweat. I'm sure all SOS clients will enjoy this one.
