Exercise of the Week

The TRX row to superman combo is a fantastic exercise that is a great way to add intensity and purpose to your workout. This singleexercise is a total body workout requiring the core to fire, the shoulders to stabilise and the posterior chain muscles of the calfs, glutes and back to activate. Try incorporating this exercise into your weekly back or abdominal workout.

Aim to complete 2-3 sets following the guidelines on repetitions see below:

  • Beginners = 8 reps
  • Intermediate = 10 reps
  • Advanced = 12 reps
