Exercise of the Day - Incline Dumbbell Curls

Carrying on our featured 'Arms Series' content today we look at the most effective exercise for isolating the long head of the biceps - The Incline Dumbbell Curl, as demonstrated by SOS Athletic Excellence coach Sam.

The incline position allows the elbows to be drawn back. With the elbow back and away from the body, this recruits the long head of the bicep.

Did you know that this exercise was first popularized by Steve Reeves (’50s bodybuilder and Hercules movie actor) to give his biceps a godly look.
