Deltoid Workout to Add Mass

Lots of people have been asking lately for more workouts to help them in the gym with losing body fat and increasing lean muscle mass.

At SOS Athletic Excellence we work with a wide variety of people. People all have unique goals and that's what makes our jobs so enjoyable and diverse.

Todays workout is for somebody who would like to add some mass to their deltoids, with some volume. The workout involves a triset (3 exercises in a row). Put this triset into a workout with possibly another muscle group. Here is the workout:

A1. Lean-Away Lateral Raise with Dumbbell, 3 x 6-8, 3010, rest 10 seconds
A2. One-Arm Lateral Raise with Low Cable, 3 x 6-8, 3010, rest 10 seconds
A3. One-Arm Lateral Raise with Dumbbell, 3 x 6-8, 3010, rest 60 seconds
