Belly Busting Green Smoothie
This is a recipe that I have used to great success with clients struggling to lose belly fat. Have this smoothie first thing each morning and you'll find you drop belly fat at a constant rate.
Here is the recipe:
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1/2 a banana
- large handful of spinach
- 1 grapefruit squeezed
- 1 lime squeezed
- a thumb of ginger peeled and grated
- 8 mint leaves
- 1/3 a cup of water
This smoothie will help populate the good bacteria in your gut. The smoothie also provides a wide variety of vitamins, minerals, antioxidents that will reduce inflammation. The banana will give your body ingesitible fibre (known as resistance starch) to assist with gut health. Bananas also are high in potassium.
You can alternate spinach with kale if you wish.
