'600 Rep RBK Deck Workout'

Workout: 600 Rep RBK Deck Work Out
(Estimated time 35 – 45 minutes depending on Fitness Levels)

Warm Up: 10 minutes of gentle cardio vascular work. This can include cycling, rowing, skipping, jogging or the Cross Trainer. Finish off with 5 minutes of gentle stretches

The Circuit: RBK Deck Circuit

20 Step Ups
20 Box Jumps
20 Bunny Hops
20 Kick Outs
20 Press Ups (hands on RBK Deck)

Circuit 1 followed by: 0.5 km Run
Circuit 2 followed by: 0.5 km Run
Circuit 3 followed by: 500 m Row (resistance 10)
Circuit 4 followed by: 500 m Row (resistance 10)
Circuit 5 followed by: 0.5 km Cross Trainer (level 12)
Circuit 6 followed by: 0.5 km Cross Trainer (level 12)

Cool Down: 5 minutes of gentle cardio vascular work. This can include cycling, rowing, skipping, jogging or the Cross Trainer.

Finish off with 5 minutes of stretches and a 5 minute Powerplate Massage for all the major muscle groups.
