5 Minute Chest SOS Workout

 

Perform 5 rounds of
  • 10 Power Press Ups (6 inch Boxes)
  • 10 Kettlebell Swings (M - 32 kg, F - 20 kg)
Aim to get this workout performed as quiclkly ass possible only resting where you have to. Can anybody compete with my Personal Best time of 4.28?
 
If the KB's being used are too heavy go lighter and maintain sound technique
 
If you are unable to do the Press Ups, then you better book a date with the Bench Press!!
