Here is Workout number 2 of the week for our current members of SOS Athletic Excellence.

We’re utilising drop sets for our home workouts with the 10/8/6 rep scheme.

Here is the workout summary:
A Series
A) Hack Squat – Stability Ball
10/8/6 Drop Sets x 4 Sets
40X0 Tempo
180 Rest

B Series *4 Sets of B Series
B1) Press Up – Breakdancer
10 Rep (5 each side)
3010 Tempo
45 Rest

B2) Row – Unilateral – Band
3×8 – 10 each arm
2011 Tempo
45 Rest

C Series *3 Sets of C Series
C1) Goodmorning – Banded
3×10 – 12 Reps
3010 Tempo
30 Rest

C2) Jacknife – Stability Ball
3×10 – 12 Reps
3010 Tempo
30 Rest

D Series: Conditioning 5 Minute AMRAP with 5 sits ups every minute on the minute
D1) Abdominal Kick-out
15 Reps

D2) Jump Squats
15 Reps

* Perform Maximum rounds in 5 mins with 5 Diamond Sit-ups Every Minute on the Minute
