For Time Perform the Folllowing as Fast as Possible:

1 Mile on the Treadmill or Rower (1.64 km)

150 Kettlebell Swings. Every time you rest perform 5 Chest to Floor Burpees (M - 20 kg, F - 16 kg)

1 Mile on the Treadmill or Rower (1.64 km)
